METRA hr is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles. This remote role involves owning pipelines from alignment to offer rollout and leveraging proactive sourcing strategies to drive regional growth.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ownership of recruitment from outreach to offer stage.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills with good judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP.
