DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based People Relations Specialist (Labor Relations) in the Philippines. The role focuses on disciplinary processes, investigations, and guidance to leaders, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

You will work remotely as a full-time employee, supporting AWOL cases, record-keeping, and collaboration with managers to improve performance. A detail-oriented, learning-driven professional is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• 3+ years in Human Resources.
• 1–3 years in Labor Relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary processes, including investigations and documentation.
• Advise leaders on appropriate disciplinary measures.
• Monitor AWOL cases and initiate actions per policy.
• Maintain records of AWOL incidents and outcomes.
• Support dismissal of displaced employees per policy and law.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans with managers.
