DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based People Relations Specialist (Labor Relations) in the Philippines. The role focuses on disciplinary processes, investigations, and guidance to leaders, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

You will work remotely as a full-time employee, supporting AWOL cases, record-keeping, and collaboration with managers to improve performance. A detail-oriented, learning-driven professional is desired.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• 3+ years in Human Resources.
• 1–3 years in Labor Relations.
