Job summary

DCX is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to manage disciplinary processes, advise leadership on appropriate measures, and handle AWOL scenarios with a focus on compliance and fairness. The role supports rank-and-file employees and requires strong English communication and HR experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Labor Relations.
• Highly proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Degree in Communication, Human Resources, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the disciplinary process, including investigations and documentation.
• Advises leaders on disciplinary measures based on severity and laws.
• Monitors AWOL cases and initiates appropriate actions.
• Communicates with employees and supervisors to gather information and determine actions.
• Maintains accurate records of AWOL incidents, actions, and outcomes.
• Manages dismissals of displaced employees for just causes.
• Collaborates with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
• Serves as a point of contact for labor relations concerns and grievances for Rank-and-File employees.
