This remote, full-time position requires at least 5 years in a Helpdesk role, proficiency in Windows desktop administration, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting VoIP systems, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support, preferably in an MSP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktop and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and Office365 problems.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
