Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a collaborative Technician II to provide remote IT support, handling a range of tasks from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, and helping maintain our high IT service standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in helpdesk roles, and familiarity with MSP environments, M365, Active Directory, and basic networking; this is a full-time position requiring 40 hours weekly PST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Experience with PC deployments/imaging and user profile management.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with M365, Office apps, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and business apps.
• Experience with MSPs is highly desirable.
• Active IT certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues, printer issues, and standard business applications.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, with vendor support as needed.
• Provide basic M365 administration and basic server/network support.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support onsite and remote.
