Job summary

New Energy Nexus seeks a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy training programs, coordinating learners, logistics, records, and partner communications. The role ensures learners, instructors, and partners have the information and support needed for smooth online and in-person delivery.

The position is full-time, mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel, requiring a bachelor's degree, patience, and strong organizational skills across multiple cohorts and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• High level of patience and empathy.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple cohorts, schedules and tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
• Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet, Messenger, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner coordination throughout the training lifecycle from registration to completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level administrative and technical support for learners including LMS navigation and course access.
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat.
• Assist learners with program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
• Identify barriers to participation and coordinate support.
• Support and host online and in-person training sessions with coordination with instructors.
• Record and monitor learner payments and maintain payment records.
