The Training Coordinator (Project Based) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of learning and development activities. This role ensures timely and accurate encoding of training data, facilitates exams, maintains training documentation, and ensures compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, efficiency, and data accuracy, contributing to a structured and audit‑ready learning ecosystem aligned with Advanced Energy’s standards.
