Job summary

Multiplymii is seeking a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize email campaigns that drive revenue, retention, and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior strategists to support campaign execution, flows, segmentation, QA, and performance reporting.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in Klaviyo, lifecycle marketing, automation, and performance-driven email strategy, with a 100% remote setup from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in email marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
• Basic familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including campaigns vs. flows.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign QA and execution.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic performance reports.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
• Support weekly and monthly email campaign calendars.
• Assist with building and optimizing flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back.
• Monitor campaign and flow performance and identify basic optimization opportunities.
• Track metrics including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Pull performance reports and summarize key insights.
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, creative, and other campaign elements.
• Assist with audience segmentation and personalization based on customer behavior.
• Collaborate with the team to align email messaging with SMS and other marketing channels.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign setup, links, formatting, targeting, and QA.
