Responsibilities

• Define cadence, tone, segmentation, and targets.
• Build and optimize flows, triggers, and segments.
• Personalize messaging using customer insights.
• Plan 6–12+ monthly campaigns per client.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines and content.
• Create and manage lead capture strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize funnel engagement and revenue per recipient.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, and Tech teams.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
