Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a Lifecycle Marketer to execute email and SMS campaigns in Iterable from a fully remote setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on precise execution, QA, and adherence to established workflows, with some weekend coverage possible.

You will collaborate with our Lifecycle Marketing team to manage campaigns, review copy, schedule sends, and ensure timely deployments within defined windows. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Iterable for lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience in lifecycle/email marketing and CRM operations.
• Ability to prepare, schedule, and deploy emails and SMS.
• Strong proofreading and QA skills.
• Experience managing campaign workflows, segmentation, and automation.
• Attention to detail and ability to catch errors before go-live.
• Comfort with Slack ticket-based request workflows.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS in Iterable.
• Review copy, dates, links, formatting and personalization.
• Manage journeys, triggers, segmentation, and branching.
• Target the right audience through segmentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and flag issues.
• Handle marketing briefs from Slack queue.
• Troubleshoot templates, merge tags, and workflows.
• Document campaigns and handover tasks.
