Job summary

Filta is hiring a Junior Marketing Graduate to support lifecycle and email marketing initiatives from a remote Manila-based setup. You’ll report to an Australia-based team lead and help execute CRM, email, and SMS strategies to engage customers.

The role requires 1–2 years in digital marketing, familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot or SFMC, basic GA4 analytics, and a keen eye for detail. Equipment and internet allowance provided; 13th-month bonus and full government benefits accompany HMO on day

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce marketing environment.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, SFMC).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle, email, and SMS campaigns under a team lead.
• Create briefs and wireframes in Figma for automated flows.
• Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or SFMC.
• Assist with copywriting and master template libraries.
• Run A/B tests and QA across devices and inboxes.
• Analyze GA4 data and prepare performance dashboards.
• Segment lists and audit platforms for data quality.
