Specialist.PH is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize email campaigns that drive measurable results from the Philippines. This remote role focuses on Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of email marketing experience with proven Klaviyo expertise.
• Hands-on Klaviyo flows, conditional splits, segmentation, and forms.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
• Experience auditing email accounts and optimizing structure.
• Ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work US time zones / graveyard shift in PH.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows with conditional splits and logic.
• Develop and refine segmentation strategies to target customer groups.
• Audit email accounts and flows to fix orphaned/misaligned emails.
• Create, test, and launch popups, signup forms, and capture tools in Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign and flow performance and recommend improvements.
• Map and implement lifecycle-based journeys across email touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with Klaviyo updates and best practices.
