Job summary

EnableSME, Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to manage customer communications with a strong focus on Klaviyo, CRM, and automated journeys. The role emphasizes data-driven strategies, segmentation, and high-performing email campaigns across lifecycle stages.

You will independently build, test, analyse, and optimise Klaviyo campaigns, collaborating with creative and business teams to ensure on-brand, effective communications and seamless eCommerce integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing or similar role.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience is required.
• Experience with email flows and automations.
• Lifecycle email marketing experience and campaign reporting/optimisation.
• Ability to independently build and manage automated email journeys.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CRM activity across email and SMS, including segmentation and journey mapping.
• Own the CRM/email marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns around promotions and seasonal moments.
• Build, manage and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, and automated journeys.
• Create and manage lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalisation based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and purchase activity.
• Ensure communications are on-brand, accurate, engaging and performance-driven.
