enablesGROUP is hiring a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to manage customer communications with a strong focus on Klaviyo, email marketing, CRM, and automated customer journeys.

The role involves data-driven CRM strategies, building campaigns and automations, segmentation, and performance insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Hybrid work with a Pasig, Ortigas location is available.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or closely related role.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience is required.
• Experience independently building and managing automated email journeys.
• Ability to manage CRM data, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and email performance analytics.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage CRM activity across email and SMS, including segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Own the CRM/email marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns around promotions and product activity.
• Build, manage, and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, and automated journeys.
• Create lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalisation based on behaviour and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with creative and business teams to ensure on-brand, engaging communications.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, consent/compliance, and database hygiene.
• Take hands-on ownership of Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and reporting.
• Test, measure, and optimise campaigns with A/B tests and performance analytics.
