Job summary

DCX seeks a Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable Team Lead) to supervise the billing and collections team for end-to-end operations. You will review invoices, contracts, and amendments, ensure accuracy and on-time processing, and report monthly results.

Strong leadership and English communication are required to drive process improvements and maintain controls. Work schedule is aligned with CST hours; remote/wfh is available.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of AR, Billing, and Collections experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and deferred revenue concepts.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: assign tasks, manage workload, ensure coverage during absences.
• Billing Operations: oversee monthly billing cycle, review invoices, approvals, and adjustments.
• Collections Operations: monitor payments, approve past-due notices, escalate risks.
• Reporting: prepare monthly commissions and client reporting, revenue computations, analyze AR aging.
• Process & Controls: improve billing processes to strengthen controls and reduce disputes.
