Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of account management or operations experience, ideally in logistics.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work overnight or US hours from Philippine time.
• Proficient with project/inventory management tools and common software suites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across 20+ brands and flag reorder thresholds.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and manage timelines.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact and provide proactive solutions.
• Escalate issues with context and contribute to process improvements.
