Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based Junior Account Manager to lead day-to-day on a high-volume inventory management account for 20+ brands, overseeing stock levels, shipments, and timelines while serving as the primary client contact.

You will collaborate with internal teams, identify gaps early, propose solutions, and help keep projects on track across time zones in a remote setup with a US client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in account management or operations.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Overnight/US hours work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and fulfillment across 20+ brands and trigger replenishment.
• Track event timelines and coordinate material flow.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact and anticipate needs.
• Escalate issues and contribute to reporting and process improvements.
