DCX Client Services in the Philippines is hiring a Home-Based Warehousing Clerk for full-time work. You will follow client instructions, maintain FF&E records, and support inventory accuracy while adapting to varying daily tasks.

Ideal candidates communicate in English, are well organized, can multitask, and work overnight or US hours. The role includes handling orders, damage reports, labeling, and coordinating schedules, with company equipment provided and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Education: college degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative roles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of office management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage FF&E receiving against purchase orders, packing lists, and project documentation.
• Handle FF&E for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and document issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory by project including item location and stock.
• Label FF&E properly, protected, stored, and organized.
• Coordinate FF&E with project schedules and installation requirements.
• Maintain receiving records, photos, damage reports, and delivery paperwork.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Track issues and escalate shortages, damages, or risks.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
• Ensure project audits and that charges pass through properly.
• Create invoices.
