DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Warehousing Clerk to join DCX Client Services in a full-time, remote role from the Philippines. You will manage FF&E receiving, inventory accuracy, and documentation while coordinating with US-based schedules.

The role requires English proficiency, strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork. You will work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, with potential overnight shifts to align US hours, and receive company equipment, internet stipend, HMO, and growth

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative roles.
• Language: Proficient in English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage FF&E receiving against purchase orders, packing lists, and project documentation.
• Handle FF&E for damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies and document issues for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate inventory by project, including item location, quantities, damaged items, and remaining stock.
• Label, protect, store, and organize FF&E to minimize damage and enable retrieval.
• Coordinate FF&E according to project schedules and installation requirements.
• Maintain receiving records, photos, damage reports, and delivery paperwork.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign priorities, ensure procedures are followed.
• Track issues and escalate shortages, damages, or risks affecting delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and accountability.
