Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SMB or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience selling across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Singapore.
• High proficiency in English; Malay or Bahasa Indonesia beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead new sales motions and co-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, partners, and sales to identify opportunities and tailor Atlassian solutions.
• Achieve Atlassian’s solution sales goals with a globally distributed team.
• Provide exceptional customer engagement and a personalized experience.
• Demonstrate value, upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue and ROI.
• Capture customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
