Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to work remotely in Metro Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will design and maintain security controls across cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and IT teams to embed security throughout the cloud lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud engineering, hands-on experience with security services, and proficiency in scripting. TTEC offers a supportive and inclusive work culture, great compensation, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong understanding of networking, encryption, IAM, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with serverless security and microservices.
• Knowledge of threat modeling and secure design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud environments.
• Monitor and resolve cloud infrastructure findings from CSPM/CNAAP tooling.
• Manage cloud security tools and integrate them into operational workflows.
• Collaborate with cloud providers, internal teams, and external auditors.
