Inspekt AI seeks a Technical Operations and Support Engineer to provide internal technical support, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operational workflows for technical projects across teams.
The role involves collaborating with development, operations and AI teams to troubleshoot, maintain documentation, and optimize IT processes, with a clear path to more senior roles; this is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS or similar).
- Experience with IT infrastructure support (user mgmt, software install, VPNs, cloud).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Project technical support for inspection projects.
- Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, and cloud tools.
- Assist with resolving customer technical issues.
- Create and maintain internal IT documentation and workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance and security.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers and project managers.
- Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure performance and security.
