Job summary

CTA Comtech Asia is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in the Philippines to provide exceptional IT support across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration and offers a mix of remote and onsite support for over 150 users.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device management, and ensuring security compliance per ISO 27001 standards. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of IT support experience and strong communication skills. This position provides a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a multi-site environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience providing Tier 1 end-user support (remote + onsite).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support to approximately 150+ users across SEA.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration under Group IT guidance.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory for SEA.
