Job summary

FPT Software Philippines Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a L2/L3 Cloud Operations Engineer for a remote role focused on cloud operations, incident ownership, and cross-functional coordination in a client-facing support environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory, plus strong communication and SLA ownership. Night shift availability and remote work from the Philippines are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior helpdesk, service desk, or cloud operations role within MSP/MSSP or comparable enterprise support environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2/L3 cloud operations and service desk support in a client-facing environment, including incident ownership and end-to-end resolution management.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, Conditional Access, Azure networking, and related cloud infrastructure components.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook connectivity, tenant configuration, mail flow, security, compliance, and license management.
• Provide advanced Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting, including Windows 10/11 support, OS diagnostics, application issues, performance tuning, and device management through Intune or Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and support Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including user administration, Azure AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, DFS, print services, and broader server support responsibilities.
• Act as an escalation resource for complex incidents, root cause analysis, major incident handling, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors where needed.
• Use Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools for ticket handling, escalation tracking, documentation, workflow support, and operational coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement, documentation, automation opportunities, and collaboration with wider cloud operations or engineering teams.
