Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT support, systems administration, and infrastructure operations background.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD/Azure, and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and GDPR/data protection principles.

Responsibilities
