Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in end-user support in a corporate environment.
• B.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially Windows 11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 and 2 end-user support requests with AI-first assistance.
• Provide day-to-day Microsoft 365 support across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals.
• Set up and support A/V equipment and video-conferencing software.
• Follow onboarding/offboarding procedures and manage access provisioning.
