Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is hiring an IT Support / Service Desk Specialist to deliver Level 1–2 technical support across office, client-site, and remote environments. You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and device issues while managing tickets, assets, and accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support or service desk experience.
• Hands-on with Windows, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Experience administering users via AD and/or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, and network issues.
• Administer user access and accounts per processes.
• Manage IT service tickets from logging to closure within SLAs.
• Support deployments, security processes, and knowledge base docs.
