Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Representative to provide responsive client and internal support, manage requests, and maintain documentation.

You will track and escalate issues, prepare periodic reports, and assist with compliance and quality records across our projects. The role requires at least two years in a Helpdesk or service coordination role, strong English, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Helpdesk support, customer service or contract administration.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or contract-based service environments is advantageous.
• Strong English with professional phone manner and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive Helpdesk support to clients, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Log, prioritise and allocate requests with complete information.
• Track requests to closure and escalate urgent matters as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for contracts and highlight issues.
• Maintain compliance calendars, registers and documentation.
• Support incident/hazard administration and collaborate with HSEQ.
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow procedures.
• Assist meetings with status reports, minutes and follow-ups.
• Carry out other duties as directed by management.
