Job summary

Two Connect is hiring an IT Support Analyst for work-from-home dayshift. You will provide Level 1–2 support across Windows, MS 365, and network connectivity, handling tickets, and assisting with user access and security processes.

You'll troubleshoot devices, assist with software deployments, and contribute to knowledge-base documentation while supporting clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
1–2 years in IT support, service desk, or desktop support.
Hands-on troubleshooting Windows, MS 365, and network issues.
Experience with AD and Microsoft Entra ID.
Familiarity with IT service management and SLA concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1–2 IT support via phone, email, chat, and portals.
Troubleshoot Windows, MS 365, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
Resolve connectivity issues including VPN and Wi‑Fi.
Manage user accounts, MFA, passwords, and access.
Support software deployments, security processes, and knowledge docs.
