Job summary

Emapta is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and business transformation. You will guide multi‑discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report to executives to ensure measurable benefits.

The role offers permanent work‑from‑home arrangements, night shifts aligned to CST, and global collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex technology, software, infrastructure, systems implementation, and business transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, diverse stakeholders, demanding timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
Extensive experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, issue logs, change controls, and executive reports.
Demonstrated success translating business and technology objectives into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and operational improvements.
Strong experience managing third‑party vendors, implementation partners, contracts, deliverables, and financial commitments.
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects from intake and scoping through planning, implementation, transition, closeout, and post‑project review.
Develop and govern project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk assessments, issue logs, change controls, and executive status reports.
Partner with business and technology leaders to define objectives, requirements, priorities, success criteria, and expected benefits.
Coordinate IT teams, business partners, vendors, consultants, and third‑party providers to ensure timely and effective execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, resource constraints, and other obstacles affecting project outcomes.
Manage project scope, budgets, contracts, invoices, forecasts, quality requirements, and resource allocation with IT and Finance leaders.
