Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Information Security & Audit Lead to unify cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and leadership on a global stage. You will guide complex technology risk engagements, assess BCP/DRP readiness, and apply ISO 22301 and other frameworks to strengthen organizational resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT audit, information security, cybersecurity, or technology risk experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading audit, cyber, or technology risk engagements with delivery oversight.
• Strong hands-on BCP/DRP experience, covering recovery plan assessments, testing, and ISO 22301/BS 25999 alignment.
• Knowledge of security/governance frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, GDPR, ASD Essential Eight.
• Understanding of ITGC, application controls, IT governance, and technology risk.
• Experience assessing applications, databases, OS, networks, and access controls.
• Ability to perform risk-based audits, document findings, and recommend remediation.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT, cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology risk assessments across environments.
• Perform risk-based IT and cyber audits to evaluate internal controls and resilience.
• Execute audit fieldwork, document findings, and maintain audit files.
• Support IT general controls and application controls testing for external audits.
• Lead multiple consulting and audit projects with planning and team supervision.
• Prepare audit scopes, reports, and client presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure methodology compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and IT auditing practices.
