Job summary

GloPros in Manila seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects in a global environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholder reporting across Europe-time zones, with international travel as needed.

The role requires strong delivery expertise in system development, integration, and implementation, and experience coordinating with vendors and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management in IT project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multi-million euro budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs (budget: €1–2M+).
• Manage cross-functional teams of 10–15 members and external partners.
• Drive delivery of IT solutions including system development, integration, and implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project needs.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Present updates and escalations to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor project managers within the organization.
• Foster collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance with standards.
