Job summary

Emapta Global Philippines is seeking a Project Manager I to lead technology projects that drive social impact. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery across the full life cycle with a structure and accountability mindset.

Qualifications

1-2 years as Project Coordinator/PM in a tech environment.
Solid understanding of project management processes.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical thinking and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with SQL, Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, or Certinia preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage projects through the full life cycle, documenting deliverables and tasks.
Control scope changes with proper documentation and approval.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time.
Monitor and resolve customer issues and escalations.
Establish clear communication with stakeholders.
Track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Attend recurring meetings, take notes, provide status updates.
Identify risks that could impact delivery.
Oversee development tickets from backlog to release.
Define dependencies and resolve roadblocks; manage priorities.
Log time and track budgets to support profitable delivery.
