Qualifications

• 1-2 years as Project Coordinator/PM in a tech environment.
• Solid understanding of project management processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SQL, Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, or Certinia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full life cycle, documenting deliverables and tasks.
• Control scope changes with proper documentation and approval.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time.
• Monitor and resolve customer issues and escalations.
• Establish clear communication with stakeholders.
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Attend recurring meetings, take notes, provide status updates.
• Identify risks that could impact delivery.
• Oversee development tickets from backlog to release.
• Define dependencies and resolve roadblocks; manage priorities.
