Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) seeks a Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will coordinate migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity deployments while ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in MSP IT project management, strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft 365/Azure. This remote role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and rigorous project governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience within an MSP or IT consulting firm.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent client projects of varying scope.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies (Microsoft 365 and Azure), and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects for SMB clients such as migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using ConnectWise Manage.
• Define project scope, tasks, timelines, and resource assignments using ITS templates and standards.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure seamless handoff to Service Delivery or Support after project completion.
