Workstreet is seeking an IT Specialist to join our Business Operations Team in the Philippines. You will handle onboarding, access management, and ongoing IT support to keep teams productive and secure.

This role emphasizes security, compliance, and a smooth employee experience, collaborating with HR, Delivery, and security stakeholders while managing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and IAM tools, and documenting SOPs.

Qualifications

• Technical support and systems operator with ownership in corporate IT support.
• Enterprise cloud administrator managing core productivity ecosystems such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Service queue driver handling high-volume requests within enterprise ticketing systems to meet SLAs.
• Onboarding/offboarding workflows engineered to ensure data security and premium employee experience.
• Precise SOPs and documentation to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT onboarding – provision, configure access, set up tools, and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
• Support user onboarding processes – securely revoke access and coordinate HR for exits.
• Provide IT support to internal users – handle password resets, MFA issues, access requests, and inquiries.
• Manage account and licence systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SSO/SAML).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document and streamline IT workflows and escalation procedures.
• Deliver IT-related training including security awareness and onboarding resources.
