Job summary

VIPRE Security Group in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented IT administrator to own user onboarding and provisioning. You will manage accounts in Office 365, Google Workspace, and IAM systems, ensuring timely access while maintaining security.

This role requires 3+ years in IT administration, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely in a team. Join a globally distributed team and help streamline access workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, user provisioning, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and provisioning for new users.
• Configure and maintain user accounts in core applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align provisioning with onboarding workflows.
• Audit user access rights and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues and document procedures.
• Address deprovisioning and access requests proactively.
• Stay up to date with best practices in user access management and security.
