Job summary

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies, offering Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to drive SQLs and Customers. We seek IT interns to support our IT team, gaining hands‑on experience in IT operations, security, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

The role is part-time (4 hours daily) and reports to the IT Manager; ideal candidates are tech‑savvy, organized, and eager to learn while contributing to a smooth IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard users across platforms (Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, LastPass).
• Track IT assets and maintain inventory records.
• Manage IT tickets including password resets and software installs.
• Update IT documentation and knowledge bases (Notion).
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team.
