Konektao Global BPO Corporation is hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver remote technical assistance to employees, clients, or users and keep day-to-day tech operations reliable. You will troubleshoot across hardware, software, Windows and macOS, and collaborate with teams using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

This role emphasizes strong English communication, meticulous ticket handling, and onboarding/offboarding support.

Formación

• Must have previous IT support or help desk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and business apps.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi basics.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience supporting remote or international users is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
• Provide technical assistance via chat, email, phone, or tickets.
• Install, configure, and support applications and user accounts.
• Assist with password resets, access permissions, and account management.
• Troubleshoot Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Support common productivity and collaboration apps.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Escalate complex incidents when necessary.
• Assist with device setup and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
