Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee for an On-the-Job Training program. You will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Under supervision, you will assist with imaging, inventory audits, WFH equipment logistics, and maintenance of audiovisual systems. Open to students currently enrolled in IT/CS programs with an endorsement letter.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end process of hardware technology refresh, including imaging and deployment.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: Support IT Asset Management with physical audits and inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: Assist with WFH equipment testing, secure boxing, and remote staff distribution.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: Collaborate on office facility projects and cable management.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: Ensure functionality of audiovisual and teleconferencing equipment.
