The role requires 2+ years in corporate IT and project coordination, strong communication, and experience using ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate IT project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating installations and services remotely.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate client installations including software/hardware/server migrations.
• Communicate with clients, account managers, and engineers to ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Allocate skilled staff within time constraints to meet client expectations.
• Provide regular status reports and manage project risks.
• Maintain accurate data in systems and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
