You’ll work with engineers, procurement, warehouse, and internal teams to keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes coordinating hardware provisioning, project setup in ConnectWise, and ensuring timely handoffs to Project Managers while maintaining clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects or technical implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new IT infrastructure projects from regional board to pre-project handoff.
• Set up projects in ConnectWise Manage and ScopeStack, break work into phases and tasks.
• Act as primary client contact during pre-project and coordination stages.
• Coordinate engineers, procurement, warehouse, and shipping to meet SLAs.
• Track progress, dependencies and actions; maintain project documentation.
