Job summary

New Era Software Solutions and Technology Philippines Corp. is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee work order execution, drive process improvements, and ensure projects align with PMO standards.

You will coach coordinators, resolve escalations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role requires 3–5+ years in project/operations delivery, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Service Coordinators and team members.
• Manage escalations and complex operational issues.
• Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Implement risk, quality, and compliance practices to support operational excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
