Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist to oversee end-to-end desktop incidents and on-site support at client sites in the Philippines. The role covers imaging, software deployment, hardware maintenance, and VIP deskside support.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, strong Windows 10/11 skills, and familiarity with SCCM, Intune, AD, BitLocker, and ServiceNow. The position is based on-site with opportunities for career growth with the client.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Experience software deployment via SCCM/Software Center.
• Hands-on hardware repair and battery replacement with vendor support.
• Experience with Intune, AD, and BitLocker.
• Experience with Outlook administration.
• Familiarity with Humanscale troubleshooting.
• Experience in large engineering firms or multinational companies.
• 1–2 years of IT desktop support experience.
• Good knowledge of AD and smart hands-and-feet support.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tool.
• Proficient with EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook.
• Understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and spare/buffer stock management

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents from initial report to resolution.
• Manage IMAC and deskside IT support services.
• Handle hardware and software break-fix for desktops and laptops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support on-site.
• Maintain OS images and standard office applications on desktop devices.
• Ensure patching and hardware replacements with vendor spares.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training needs and automation.
• Ensure desktop devices have correct images installed.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktop devices.
• Provide VIP deskside support and act as site IT contact when needed.
