Job summary

Deskside Lead at TATA Consultancy Services (Philippines) Inc. will oversee on-site IT support delivery across client locations in Cebu City.

You will drive service performance, escalation handling, and end-user experience while leading a team of deskside engineers and technicians. The role requires 8–12+ years of experience, strong ITIL foundation, and expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, SCCM/MECM, Intune and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT support or deskside services.
• Proven leadership of on-site support teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Deskside Support operations to ensure high-quality IT support.
• Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Problem, and Change processes.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, EUC, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and App Support teams.
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex issues.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, hardware deployment, and endpoint management.
