Job summary

Everise, Inc. is hiring an IT Desktop Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide advanced onsite and remote technical support for end users in Ortigas, Philippines.

The role covers diagnosing hardware, software, OS, network, and Microsoft 365 issues, ensuring high service availability and SLA adherence. The candidate will handle Level 2 tasks for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, as well as incident management, asset management, and remote workstation provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Respond to incidents and requests within SLA targets.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and workstation provisioning.
• Support onsite and remote users via ticketing systems and remote tools.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and group memberships.
