Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced onsite and remote support for end users in a global, people-first environment.

You will diagnose hardware, software, OS, and network issues, manage Microsoft 365 applications, and support VPN and remote connectivity. The role requires strong English communication and a proven track record in enterprise IT settings.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Desktop Support – 5–6 years IT support experience.
• 3–5 years handling Level 2 Desktop Support responsibilities.
• Experience supporting 200+ users in enterprise environments is preferred.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/Financial Services/Healthcare or Corporate IT environments is advantageous.
• Senior Level 2 5–6 years of Desktop Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desk-side and remote support for desktops, laptops, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues escalated by Level 1 teams.
• Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLAs; document resolutions.
• Administer Active Directory accounts and access policies; assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver remote support for employees working from home and satellite locations; support VPN and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle of equipment.
• Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure for complex issues; participate in major incident response.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs; drive process improvements.
