Job summary

Everise is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our global tech team. You will provide hands-on support for Windows desktop environments, manage Exchange and Active Directory, and handle user provisioning and network-related tasks.

The role includes on-call production support to ensure uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 2–4 years of desktop IT experience, with familiarity in DNS, DHCP, and Cisco networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2–4 years desktop support experience.
• Proven ability to install, configure and maintain Windows-based desktop environments.
• Experience with Exchange, Active Directory, user/policy account creation and permissions.
• Solid understanding of DNS/DHCP/WINS and basic networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching is a plus.
• Willingness to provide 24x7 on-call production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT desktop support across Windows-based environments.
• Administer Exchange, AD, and remote access technologies.
• Assist with user provisioning, permissions, and file/print shares.
• Offer 24x7 on-call production support as needed.
