Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking an IT Sales Representative to drive sales for Microsoft cloud solutions.

This fully remote role runs Monday to Friday, 4pm–1am MNL, and focuses on acquiring new customers while building lasting relationships with business buyers. You will lead outbound outreach, conduct product demonstrations, tailor cloud offerings, and negotiate terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software or cloud solutions.
• Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close deals.
• Hunter mindset with proactive new customer acquisition.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact with prospects.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers interested in Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with business customers.
• Conduct sales meetings, online presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare tailored solutions and offers.
• Present and communicate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain high-quality CRM documentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute ideas that improve lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
